Make a fresh start in 2019 with a Diploma from the London Jewellery School

It may be hard to believe but 2019 is soon to be upon us and with a new year comes endless possibilities.

If you have been thinking about ways to improve your jewellery making, launching a new business or finding ways to be more creative, then a Diploma could be a great opportunity to build in time to focus on your making whilst developing skills to last a lifetime.

London Jewellery School Diplomas are unique in that they are almost 100% practical. We focus on getting you making from the start and know that the best way to improve your skills is to make, make, make.

You will learn new techniques every week, enabling you to find your style and learn such a vast array of skills that you can take a business (or hobby) in whichever direction you like.

Uniquely, class sizes are capped at 8 students so you will always have close support from an expert tutor. This means time to work on your skills, no more waiting for tutors to become available to help as there is plenty of time for 1-2-1 support.

There are two Diploma programmes to choose from:

  1. The Diploma in Creative Jewellery (a 1 year-long course) 1 day a week over three terms.

This course is a full foundation in jewellery making covering all different topics from silversmithing and metal clay to beading, resin, glass, perspex and more.

  1. The Diploma in Silver Jewellery (a 2 term course, 26 weeks long) 1 day a week.

This course is focused on traditional silver and jewellery making techniques such as soldering, stone setting, metalworking and a ton more.

I have always believed that the right course can change your life, I know it has for me. When I first started training in jewellery making (over 10 years ago!) I spend the first few years in business continually taking courses to learn more about making and business. These were the building blocks for my career in jewellery, which I can truly say is the best choice I ever made.

If you love making and would like to find out more about joining us for the next Intake of the diplomas this January then take a look at the full info here >

Until next time,

Happy making

Jess
