Sydney Lynch creates pins in 18k and 22k gold combined with sterling silver and bimetal, a specially prepared, double-layered sheet of 22k karat gold and silver.

Lots of jewellery techniques work well for brooches – Perspex, resin cabochons, metal clay (learn to solder the backs on), polymer clay, wire wrapping and silver to name just a few. Pick your favourite and get creative.

We regularly pin brooches we love to our dedicated Pinterest board, which you can follow here.
