Snow is falling in some parts of the UK and temperatures are hitting typical January lows. So when we emerged from the layers of hats and scarves, the London Jewellery School office conversation turned to snow globes and Bronagh started wonder if they were used in jewellery much.
The result is this wintery inspirations post.
But snow globes are not just the territory of the fun, funky and fashion end of the jewellery business. It turns out that gold and diamonds make great snowflakes.
OK, so you may not have a sapphire dome and a selection of gold balls to hand, but if you are feeling inspired by this and the weather, why not stay in the warm and create your own wintery scenes in jewellery.
