My favourite is Excel Jewellery in Nottingham ( They have a range of their own jewellery but also accept commisions or will rework old pieces or broken jewellery. Very friendly and helpful in there too, they let a friend of mine extend a gift voucher expiry date as she couldn’t work out quite what she wanted.

I love Stephen Einhorn jewllery. It is edgy yet wearable, cool yet classy. I love the cute silver charms and the rings. Prices range from the reasonable to the eye-wateringly expensive! The shop is based on trendy Upper Street in Islington.

ok this isn’t strictly speaking a jewellery designer although she does jewellery as well. I just love Beads by Laura her lampwork beads are beautiful and reasonably priced. She’s also a very funny lady, and friendly with it.

They are very unique, as well as selling online she also does jewellery parties where you can get a one to one interaction to find out some more about the jewellery and the person that makes it. 🙂
